Teknik Frame Relay Dalam Membangun Wide Area Network Dengan Metode Network Development Life Cycle

Abstrak: Pengiriman data perusahaan yang dilakukan secara jarak jauh dengan menggunakan bantuan free e-mail  tentu saja dapat menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi PT. Tri Eka Daya Unggul, disamping sifat free e-mail yang tidak terjaga keamanannya, juga dapat menyebabkan kehilangan data atau data berpindah ke pihak lain. Dengan membuat sebuah Wide Area Network (WAN) antara perwakilan sendiri,  maka hal hal seperti itu kemungkinan besar bisa di minimalisir. Sebuah teknik frame relay dan di bantu dengan metode pembangunan sistem jaringan berbasis Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) maka perancangan Wide Area Network dilakukan, dengan menghubungkan semua router di semua perwakilan dengan bantuan sebuah router cloud. Percobaan konektifitas dilakukan dengan melakukan Ping dari semua perwakilan ke router masing masing dan juga ke router cloud, kemudian dilanjutkan melakukan Ping client antar perwakilan satu dengan perwakilan yang lain dan hasilnya, semua perintah Ping berhasil di reply tidak ada yang bernilai request timed out. Artinya pendefinisian IP Address pada jaringan WAN  tersebut berhasil dengan baik.

Abstract: Delivering company data remotely using free e-mail can certainly be a problem for PT Tri Eka Daya Unggul, in addition to the nature of free e-mail is not secure, it can also cause data loss or data move to another party.  By creating a Wide Area Network (WAN) between the branch itself, then things like that are likely to be minimized. A frame relay technique and aided by Network Development Life Cycle network (NDLC) based development method then Wide Area Network design is done, by connecting all routers in all branches with the help of a router cloud. The connectivity experiment is done by pinging from all branches to the respective router and also to the cloud router, then proceeding to ping the client between branches with the other branch and the result, all the ping command is successfully replayed, none of which is worth request a timed out. This means that the definition of IP Address on the WAN network is working well.
